    Abstract：

    创新现代学徒制模式下五年制高职校学生跟岗实习阶段思想政治教育工作,树立校企合作的协同理念和开放意识,加强学生在跟岗实习过程中的思想政治教育和心理咨询服务等工作,在实践中达到育人的目的显得更加迫切.本文在分析现代学徒制模式下五年制高职学生跟岗实习阶段思想政治教育效果的成因基础上,提出学生跟岗实习阶段思想政治教育工作的创新策略.
