Abstract：
面对市场竞争十分激烈的现状,高职院校要使用以就业为导向探索适宜的教学干戈方法,以此来保证本校学生能够顺利毕业,确保培养出的人才符合社会对人才的需求,为学生在毕业之后可以顺利就业打下基础.下文从目前高校院校财会专业教学具有的问题着手,分析以就业为导向的教学改革方法,希望可以给高职院校财会教学的改革和创新提供有力的支持和方法借鉴.
