Abstract：
在写这篇文章之前,我先给大家讲一个真实的故事:那是在三年前,我去参加一个省级交响乐团的新年音乐会,开始的时候上下两层观众爆满,可演出不到三十分钟,上层没人,下层走了一半,剩下的有的睡觉、有的在私下交谈,一点都不尊重演员的劳动成果.当时我就在想:这还是在一个文化名城、文明和文化底蕴比较高的城市举行的呀?如果在农村举办恐怕连观众都没有啊!
