    Abstract：

    随着经济全球化的进程持续加快，我国城市化建设进程逐渐增长。社会经济的进步使得城市规模不断增大，城市人口基数迅速上长，水资源的消耗量也大幅度增加。大量未经处理的污水排放对城市生态环境产生了直接影响，进而影响城市的生态构架。文章探讨城市污水监测技术和处理技术，分析城市污水监测的现状，提出治理城市污水的有效措施。
