    Abstract：

    百级病房广泛用于血液科的白血病病房、烧伤科病房及烈性传染性病房，对于室内空气洁净度有严格要求，其病房内气流组织多设计为垂直单向流。因此，为了确保病房内的无菌性，百级病房的洁净空调系统设计显得尤为重要。本文以珠海地区某医院百级病房为例，详细阐述了其空调负荷分析及计算过程，并针对三种不同空气处理方案分析，最终得出该项目最合适的方案，可为同类型相关设计提供一定的参考。
