    Abstract：

    城市道路设计以及建设都具有一定的系统性要求，在这个过程中，需始终以建设施工、建设设计以及监理工作为基础，只有多方部门协同工作才能够进一步满足城市道路的系统性要求。城市道路建设的根本目的在于满足群众生活生产的需求，因此务必保证高质量建设，以人为本的设计理念能够进一步提高城市道路的实用价值，进而提高群众生活水平。
