Abstract：

随着经济和社会的发展，使得我国房屋建筑工程得到了迅速发展，建筑工程项目数量的急剧增加，使得建筑行业的竞争越来越激烈。人们生活水平的不断提高使得人们对房屋建筑施工的质量提出了更高的要求。建筑工程施工质量的管理是施工过程中的重要组成部分，将会对建筑工程质量产生重要的影响。
