    Abstract：

    新的国土空间规划体系下，健全国土空间规划法规政策，进一步提高国土空间规划管理工作水平，成为规划管理工作中的当务之急。当前国家层面虽然尚未正出台《国土空间规划法》，但国内部分城市已展开不同形式的立法探索。本文通过梳理走在前列的部分省市经验，以期为重庆提供借鉴。
