    新时期城市建设步伐的加快，对轨道交通事业发展产生了积极的影响。实践中为了提高城市土地资源利用效率，缓解道路交通运输压力，则需要考虑轨道交通与TOD建设，积极开展这些方面的实践分析工作，满足现代城市科学建设要求。基于此，本文将对中国城市轨道交通与TOD建设实践进行系统阐述。
