    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的推进，高中物理学科逐步提升了学生自学能力培养的关注。在物理学科的教学过程中，部分学生因学科理论知识相对抽象，无法当堂实现高效的理解与内化，其自学能力及相关的知识梳理能力的提升迫在眉睫。本文首先简单分析了高中学生物理学科自学能力现状，其次针对物理教学中培养学生自学能力的实践教学，列举了几项相关策略，从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
