    Abstract：

    幼儿园是培养幼儿本能和才能的场所，在幼儿教育中必须考虑教育的有效性和目的。幼儿教育应面对幼儿园的实际情况，立足幼儿园教师现状以及幼儿实际。目前来看，许多幼儿园在教学中存在着千篇一律的教学内容，同时具体的教学方式杂乱，目的和有效性无法得到明确保证，因此必须开展有效性和合乎目的的手段。
