    Abstract：

    学生在学习和生活过程中不可避免地会犯错误，可以说，错误总是伴随着学生的发展。这要求教师要有开阔的胸怀，对学生要友善。日常经常看到这种情况：一旦班主任发现学生犯了一个错误，就会大发脾气，严厉谴责，还有一些班主任习惯对犯错的学生进行处罚，肤浅的现象是违反纪律的学生可能突然变得诚实和驯服，但是现实呢？学生内心并没有真正被说服，甚至可能有强烈的反叛情绪，教育效果往往适得其反。
