Abstract：

为实现德智体美劳全面发展的目标，小学体育课也受到了更多的重视。尤其是在小学阶段，学生们的心理素质和身体素质都在快速发展，也是兴趣爱好培养的最佳时期。加上小学生爱玩的天性，体育教育受到了学校的强烈重视，不仅可以帮助学生锻炼身体，还可以培养学生们健康的兴趣爱好，远离电子产品，保护眼睛，爱护身体。
