Abstract：

加强新时代企业员工思想道德教育，不是一蹴而就的事。让思想政治工作和意识形态教育发挥强有力的引导作用，助推各项事业蓬勃发展，是当前尤为重要和迫切的课题。基于此，本文对目前在企业思想政治教育工作中出现的问题以及提升新时代企业员工思想政治教育工作的措施进行了分析。
