    Abstract：

    通过经验总结、实验对比、文献查阅等方法就初中班主任德育工作方法进行探讨。结果表明，现阶段初中班主任德育工作存在的问题较多，究其根源，班主任的德育工作方法滞后、不合理，导致德育效果受到影响。基于此，文章根据初中班级管理特点以及德育内涵，简要概括几种德育工作方法，包括环境创设法、多媒体教学法、案例教学法、实践教学法。
