    大学生是祖国的未来、名族的希望，是实现中国梦的中坚力量，随着市场竞争逐渐加大，做好大学生职业规划工作，对学生今后就业和发展有着重要意义，能够让大学生明确今后发展方向，做好职业规划工作，提高就业率。本文就师范学院女大学生职业规划素养基本概述，重点分析师范类女大学生职业规划影响因素，根据分析结果，提出师范类女大学生职业规划素养的培养策略，仅供参考。
