Abstract：

初中的学生正处在的身心成长的关键时期，在这个过程中，初中学生在学习之余也应该积极参与各项体育活动，这对于他们的身心成长有着积极的作用。篮球是目前初中教育中最为普及的运用项目之一，也受到了学生们的喜欢的，本文主要从身体成长和心理成长两个方面探讨篮球运动对初中生年龄段的重要性。
