    在现代高中英语教学中，教师既要注重对学生进行英语基础知识的传授，又要注意培养学生的英语核心素养。这是新课改和时代发展的必然要求。阅读教学是英语教学中的重要内容。高中英语教师在开展英语阅读教学时要树立新的教学理念，采用灵活多样的教学方式，培养学生的阅读能力，促进学生英语素养的提升。本文针对核心素养在高中英语阅读教学中的培养策略展开探究。
