    健康的身体是学生掌握其他知识的前提，但是目前学生并不喜欢大量的体育运动。在初中体育教学中，教师应当将现代体能训练科学的引入教学中，以此针对性地对学生进行训练，不断激发他们学习的兴趣，帮助他们形成良好的素质。
