Abstract：
初中对于学生来讲是非常重要的一个教学阶段，而在初中阶段为学生开展德育工作，可以帮助学生对身心健康的发展起着极其重要的促进作用。精细化管理是新课改背景下，对现代化管理所提出来的新要求，将精细化管理有效融入初中的德育工作当中，可以很大程度提升初中德育工作的质量和效率.
