Abstract：
开设美术这门课程，重点是为了使学生的审美能力得到提升。因此，教师可以让学生之间展开小组合作，让学生在团队中对美术知识进行学习，从而使学生能够达到全面发展。本文从“通过小组合作唤醒学生的学习动力，通过小组合作培养学生的团队精神，通过小组合作帮助后进生树立信心”三个方面入手，阐述了教师如何通过展开小组合作使学生彼此成长、共同进步。
