    Abstract：

    近些年，随着道德教育呼声的高涨，无数教育工作者纷纷投入到探讨怎样做好德育工作中，“育人为本，德育为首，注重实效”的教育理念应运而生。将道德教育摆在素质教育的首位，让德育贯穿于学生的学习生活中是培养学生，甚至影响学生一生的重中之重。但是，就目前初中生的道德教育现状来看，情况不容乐观。因此，班主任作为班集体的教育者和组织者，有责任抓好道德教育工作。
