Abstract：
体育课程是初中教育中一门重要学科，是培养学生身体素质的主要阵地，而在新课改背景下，拓展训练取得了教师的广泛重视，如何对体育教学模式进行改革和创新，在其中融入素质拓展训练内容，培养学生的综合能力，已成为初中体育教师面临的重点问题。基于此，本文就初中体育融入拓展训练的意义展开分析，提出了拓展训练在初中体育的应用策略。
