Abstract：
课堂教学是教师和学生的双边活动过程。形成高效课堂，就要把课堂教学进行优化，我们要把课堂还给学生，让学生在课堂上作为主体，展示自我，彻底摒弃教师“一厢情愿”式的讲解。学生在课堂上会自主学，教师指导上以“四两拨千金”的法则，语文教学才会逐步走向高效课堂，才能促进语文课堂教学质量的提高。通过一年的教学经历，我就一名小学语文教师课前、课上和课后的一些工作、做法，谈谈我的几点想法。
