    Abstract：

    尽管地方电视台在不断发展，但在激烈的市场竞争中，由于地方电视台在规模和资金等上的不足，导致文艺节目的播出效果并不理想，难以满足人们的视听需求。因此，针对地方电视台文艺节目中存在的问题，节目编导必须分析观众的实际喜好，根据电视台的实际运作情况，制定完善的节目策划方案，以保证文艺节目的效果，进而更好地促进地方电视台的发展。
