Abstract：

中国正处于社会繁荣发展的新阶段，随着科学技术和经济的进步，国家事业单位的数量、在编职员和规模不断扩充，因此，事业单位的档案管理工作将面临严峻的挑战，规范化档案管理能够提升档案管理水平和职员的工作责任心，提高档案信息的利用效率。本文将依据当前社会现状，对事业单位规范化管理档案的路径展开深刻探讨。
