Abstract：

随着教育改革的不断推进，素质教育深入人心，广受社会、学校以及家庭的关注。音乐教育是如今艺术教育中的重要内容，也是素质教育在艺术教育当中实施的主要途径之一，在中小学的艺术教育的过程中，音乐教育起着很重要的作用。因此如何将素质教育应用到音乐教育的教学当中，是所有中小学音乐教师必须具备的技能之一。
