    Abstract：

    新课标改革背景下，素质教育已经逐渐深入到课堂教育中。而中职美术教学课堂是推行素质教育的重要场所，更是提高中职生艺术素养与核心能力的关键地点。新时期的中职美术教师应该充分利用现代教学技术，创新日常教学方法，提高中职生的美术鉴赏能力与创造性思维，并培养中职生科学正确的审美价值观，陶冶学生高尚的情操。因此，文章针对学生的兴趣爱好与个性发展，并结合现代教学目标提出培养中职生创造性思维的有效策略，从而推进中职美术课堂的现代化改革进程，提高中职生的创新素养与综合能力。
