    Abstract：

    随着“科教兴国”发展战略的提出，国家和教育部门提高了对学生教育的重视，并为学生提供了广阔的发展途径。“旅游服务与管理”专业是中职的热门专业，考虑到中职的育人方向和人才培养的方法，要进一步加强学生的实训，帮助和引导学生提高综合能力，为学生今后的就业发展提供助力。本文主要探讨了中职“旅游服务与管理”专业的校内实训基地的建设，旨在为中职院校的发展提供参考。
