Abstract：
如今，无论是素质教育还是新课程改革都在快速发展的过程中，教学模式也发生较大改变。在传统的英语课堂中，教师往往将自己作为教学的中心，而这无法实现最佳的教学效果；如今教师应当将合作学习的优势发挥出来，点燃学生的学习兴趣，使其借助团队的力量更好地学习英语知识。
