Abstract：
初中阶段是学生思维逐步走向成熟的阶段，这个阶段与启蒙阶段教学不同，更注重教给学生方式方法，促进学生全面发展，在初中语文作文教学中，因为是母语教学的关系，一直存在写作没有辨识度的问题，学生的写作能力处于中等水平，却一直无法有效提高，开展分层教学，根据学生的写作特点和缺陷进行针对教学，让教学更有目的性，更有效用。
