Abstract：
作为专业型技术人才的输送和储备基地，中职学校培养出的学生技术水平和综合素质不仅关系到一个行业的发展，也是决定国家未来走向的关键因素。班主任既要对学生进行知识技术的教育教学，又要对学生在生活学习中出现的心理情感问题做疏导解决。为此本文主要就中职学校班主任管理中的情况进行分析。
