    小学阶段的学生，正处于身体发育急剧增长的时期，在这个时期对小学生的体育教学质量尤为重要，随着近年来“阳光体育”的不断推进，小学体育教学正被人们不断的重视起来。跳绳运动作为一项简单易学的运动，它不受场地限制，可以随时地让学生进行锻炼，在跳绳中学生的肺活量及各项身体机能提高。
