我们从事的是太阳底下最光辉的职业，我们是孩子的启蒙老师。我们有责任、也有义务引导孩子走向阳光大道，健康成长。本文就是根据我班孩子的特点，从精诚所至、金石为开；给他所需、伴他成长；以爱育爱、知心护航；阳光铺路、家校携行四个方面，浅谈了转变孩子的方法，让可爱的孩子们永远阳光、积极、向上。从而创造静看花容，静待花香的教育境界。
