    Abstract：

    伴随着经济水平的不断发展，我国企业对外投资日益增多，目前企业对英语人才的需求日益迫切。高职院校的培养目标是为企业提供适合的人才，因此，在高职英语教学模式上，应尝试以就业为导向的教学模式，帮助学生全面提高英语能力。基于此，本文对高职英语教学中存在的问题进行研究，然后从三个方面对以就业为导向的中职英语教学模式进行构建。
