    Abstract：

    传统建筑节能系统传统的设计管理方法和系统软件设计存在一定的技术局限性。BIM技术的不断出现是现代建筑节能系统设计的重大技术突破。BIM能耗技术软件集成了大量的实际建筑能耗信息，对整个建筑的实际能耗和性能数据进行综合分析，弥补了目前传统计算软件的不足。本文对BIM节能技术在我国建筑节能设计中的实际应用前景进行了分析和探讨。
