    课堂教学应以“学生为主体，教师为主导”，这是每一个教师都明了的道理。但在具体的教学活动中，学生的主体地位是否能真正得到重视，教师的主导作用能否得到充分的发挥？却值得我们每位教师深思。下面就课堂教学中如何做到以“学生为主体，教师为主导”谈谈自己的认识和体会。
