    在实施《教育信息学行动计划2.0》的过程中，必须实现国家学校教育模式中的创新和转型目标，要实现这一发展综合创新的目标，需要各方面的共同努力。本文在提高师生信息知识，以人才队伍为起点，以基础设施为基础，以教育资源为起点的前提下，提出了一条教育信息化发展的新途径。
