    Abstract：

    随着素质教育的全面推进，幼儿教育专业在素质教育的背景下也需要专业的改革。幼儿教育专业改革着重强调学生职业能力的培养问题。幼儿教育额培养目标要以一线幼儿园的幼师为培养目标，不断地改革和创新培养幼师的方式，在加强学生专业知识和能力的同时推动我国幼儿教育专业学生的专业能力水平以及职业能力培养。本文将对幼教专业学生职业能力培养进行主要论述。
