    Abstract：

    生涯教育，是落实立德树人，培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要举措。在学科教学中渗透生涯教育，是学校实施生涯教育的主要途径，旨在唤醒师生的生涯意识，发现学科蕴含的生涯教育素材及教学活动中老师和学生的行为规律，进而找出学科教学活动渗透生涯教育的策略。文章结合数学学科来阐述学科教学中渗透生涯教育的意义及策略，以期为中学生涯教育探索出一条可行的路径。
