    文在阐述“滴灌式”教育方式内涵的基础上，探讨了“滴灌式”教育方式对学员思想政治教育的重要效用和实施路径：注重精细结合、细致入微，精细化开展学员思政教育；瞄准学员存在的问题痛点，开展高效、务实的思想政治教育；循序渐进，开展持续滋润的渗透性教育。
