    Abstract：

    职业教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分，是解决我国结构性就业矛盾及“工匠型”技能人才短缺的重要途径，负责培养多样化人才、传承技能、促进就业创业。党的十九大报告指出，要“完善职业教育体系和培训体系，深化产学研结合，校企合作”，这对中国特色职业教育提出了新的要求。随着职业院校连续两年的扩招，现在校企合作模式面临着新的挑战。
