Abstract：
随着我国网络技术的迅猛发展，网络技术也同时影响着教育设备和资源的使用和采纳，微课教学作为一种新型的教学模式和教学资源也逐渐出现在小学数学教学过程中。微课视频在小学教学中的应用极大提高了教师的教学效率，发展了学生的自主学习能力、问题分析能力和逻辑思维能力。因此，笔者将从四个方面论述小学数学教学中微课与操作的有效策略。
