    新时期，小学作为教育的重要环节，对于学生的发展起着至关重要的作用，班主任教师是班级的领导者，他们的管理和教育将决定着班级的发展和学生的成长，在小学众多的教育内容中，德育工作是绝对不容忽视。本文章针对如何强化小学班主任德育教育工作的实效性提出几点建议。
