    Abstract：

    所谓“教育要从小抓起”，作为奠定基础、促进学生成长发展的重要时期，小学教育具有重要意义。通过我国当前时期的教学研究发现，由于受到应试教学理念以及成长压力影响，我国学生普遍存在心理健康问题。基于此，为了提升学生的心理素质，促进学生健康发展，本文就小学教育教学中渗透心理健康教育路径进行了探究，并提出了一些实践策略，以供教育工作者教学研究参考。
