    Abstract：

    文学名著是人类文化的精髓，广泛阅读文学名著可以提高学生的气质，提升学生的中文素养。但是，在以往“以考试为纲”的初中语文教学中，文学名著的作用被有意无意的忽略。而新版部编版教材中的名著导读部分，充分说明国家对于初中生阅读文学名著有了更多的重视，也为教师有效开展名著导读教学提出了要求。本文将部编版初中语文教材作为例子，从兴趣促读，师生共读和家长助读三个方面，对初中名著导读的有效教学策略展开讨论，供大家参考。
