Abstract：
审批多、审批难是长期以来公众对政府行政审批诟病最多的地方，2013年开始，党中央、国务院大力推行简政放权，2019年10月22日，《优化营商环境条例》使审批改革法规化。审批改革效果显著，但仍存在着一些问题，作为一名基层审批人员，提出审批工作存在的问题并提出解决办法。
