农村初中英语教学中差生的转化策略研究

Abstract：

在农村初中的英语教学中，差生的数量不断增加，已经在一定程度上影响了素质教育的全面推进和全体学生的全面发展。做好对这些差生的转化工作，对农村的教学工作来说是十分重要的。农村初中的英语教师要改变自己的教学观点，更全面地了解学生的实际情况，因材施教，不断提升学生的英语水平，促进学生综合能力的提升。
