    随着时代不断进步图书馆也迎来大数据时代，同时给图书馆的人员带来更加严峻的挑战。本文对此进行了研究和探讨，在分析大数据时代下图书馆馆员业务素养新要求的基础上，重点分析了大数据时代图书馆馆员业务素养存在的问题，并就如何提升图书馆馆员业务素养提出有针对性的实施策略。
