Abstract：

自2018年8月沈阳发生第1例非洲猪瘟疫情以来，全国各省陆续发生了疫情，虽然现有的研究表明非洲猪瘟不会感染人类，但因为缺乏有效的治疗方法和防疫疫苗，已经给我国的养猪业造成了严重的损失。本文从宰前检疫和宰后检疫2个方面介绍了生猪屠宰检疫过程中非洲猪瘟的检疫技术，以期为非洲猪瘟的防治提供参考。
